Website Subscription & Design Services

1. Services
We provide website design, hosting, updates and support according to the selected package. Services include only the features listed in the chosen plan. Additional features or changes may require additional fees.
2. Subscription Plans
Monthly subscription plans include website hosting, maintenance and support.
- All subscription plans require a minimum commitment of 12 months starting from the subscription date.
- Subscriptions are billed monthly and renew automatically until cancelled.
3. Cancellation
- Subscriptions can be cancelled after the initial 12-month period with 30 days written notice.
- If a subscription is cancelled before the minimum term is completed, the remaining subscription payments remain due.
4. One-Time Website Purchases
- For one-time website purchases, the website development fee is paid upfront.
- Hosting and maintenance are billed separately on a yearly basis unless otherwise agreed.
5. Payment
- Payments are processed securely via Stripe or bank transfer.
- If a payment fails or remains unpaid, services including hosting or website access may be temporarily suspended until payment is completed.
6. Client Responsibilities
The client is responsible for providing required content such as:
- Business information
- Images
- Logos
- Service descriptions
Delays in providing required content may delay the website launch.
7. Revisions
- Revisions are limited according to the selected package.
- Additional revisions or changes outside the agreed scope may require additional charges.
8. Support
- Support is provided via email or WhatsApp during normal business hours.
- Response times may vary depending on workload.
9. Liability
We are not responsible for business losses, interruptions caused by third-party services, or changes made by external platforms such as Google, Meta or hosting providers.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
By purchasing a service or subscription, the client agrees to these Terms of Service.
